    very intresting and informative , articles generally look good most of the time company are making business out of sincere and bholla staff, they r hiring them, befor 6 months on some or other ground asking to leave ….here no one come forward to help that staff…what ever their position is …. so conclusion is hr magr have to be a good person…means in real sense, should not be partial at all, should be machure to handle problem, its not wise to say i hv seen same compnay hr not hiring deserving candidate and rather going for some one who is not fit for the job….
