    Unfortunately, now a days things are different. Some institutions / universities are changing this scenario by simply distributing the degrees. We can see this and feel this, one can get enrolled for graduation to Ph.D. and obtain the degree/diploma  by paying some amount. This is not a hidden fact.
    In our system we have places where only paper formalities are to be done.
    But this is the fact that the basis of knowledge only one can be professionally fit else is cheating with self.
