Also, doing some basic exercises or meditation or yoga can keep a business manager’s mind balanced and relieve stress. Keep an MP3 player or a Discman with, a book will base also do. These things will help a business manager de-stress and relax, even in a tight schedule.

If a business manager does not have enough time to catch up with friends or do some souvenir shopping, he can do it at the airport.

The lounge can be a good meeting place for a coffee and no one needs to list out the advantages of duty-free shopping.

While we have highlighted time management techniques for a traveling manager, there are certain actions or duties he has to perform at his head quarters that is the training aspects.
