Work experience adds value to qualification

An individual’s college degree may not be as important as the experience he gains on the job. However, executives with the ambition to scale greater heights aren’t averse to heading back to B-school to learn a few new tricks.

Grasping and understanding case studies and business jargon is a lot easier for those with some amount of professional experience. Top management colleges say that getting an MBA is one of the best career and educational moves a professional can make.

In most cases, students take up a job after completion of their graduation. Within a year or two, many of them feel the need for a formal management education to complement the daily business decisions.
