Conducting through Notice Period

An employee according to the rules of the company where he is working may have to submit his resignation in the event of his deciding to leave the present employer. The notice period may be from 1 month to 6 months depending on the seniority of the employee in the organization. Due to some reasons if the employer wants the employee to leave the organization they may also have to compensate the employee according to the rules of the notice period laid down. It is important for an employee to tread carefully through the notice period. First turning in to resignation, what awaits the candidate is a notice period. The reason one decides to take the plunge is probably a better job prospects or an annoying boss.
